Use of Personal Information
The purpose of using personal information is to improve services for customers, based on their consent, regarding information related to products and services of our company and entities cooperating with our business (hereinafter referred to as “partner companies”). Personal information provided by customers will not be disclosed to third parties except in the following cases:
When the customer has given consent
When necessary to protect human life, body, or property
When required by law
When providing personal information to partner companies with whom we have concluded confidentiality agreements, within the scope necessary for them to perform work entrusted by us.
We designate the Customer Management Department as the personal information manager and regularly review our personal information management system. Regarding the management of personal information, based on laws and regulations concerning personal information, we have established the “Personal Information Protection Regulations.” All employees strive to handle personal information appropriately based on these regulations and implement strict management to prevent leakage to third parties. Furthermore, we exercise necessary and appropriate supervision over employees engaged in our business operations and partner companies. We comply with applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines when handling personal information and strive for its proper management.
